Palletizing kits are logistic systems for palletizing boxes and boards by means of plastic skids to replace special size pallets.

It is based on the idea that the load carrier (pallet) is adjusted to the size and shape of the products it is shipping.

There are already standardized dies that allow us to offer a wide range of models:

We mainly use two systems:

• Optiledge: Developed by our partner Inter Ikea Systems and used by many Ikea suppliers worldwide. It is an L-shaped skid molded in strong plastic and attached to the load by strapping or incorporated into cardboard or honeycomb trays.
• Custom-made self-adhesive XPS Rastrel: Developed by Brafim, these are custom-made strips machined from extruded polyethylene XPS, which are attached to the load by means of a self-adhesive that is incorporated. It is possible to reinforce its abrasion resistance with a layer of tablex.
