DESCRIPTION OF FOAM PROFILES

Made of expanded polyethylene foam, a flexible, light and resistant material. Foam profiles with elastic memory that makes them excellent shock absorbers.

Generally in 2 mts bars packed in boxes of 0.6*0.5 and 2 mts long.

Wide range of standardized and ready-to-use profiles:

  • U-profiles.
  • L-profiles, with and without fins.
  • Omega profiles.
  • Round profiles.
  • O-profiles.
  • Rectangular, cylindrical or square section bars.
  • High protection profiles similar to nomapack with wall thicknesses of 30 and 40 mm.

BENEFITS OF FOAM PROFILES

  • Adaptable to different thicknesses thanks to its flexibility and wide range.
  • The wide range of standardized articles allows us to reduce the thickness of the foam corner pieces and therefore reduce transportation costs.
  • Minimizes breakage.

PROPERTIES OF FOAM PROFILES

All products in this category are resistant to atmospheric agents and chlorine salts, while having a very low percentage of water absorption. In addition, the entire product range is recyclable, non-toxic and CFC-free.

Excellent shock and vibration absorption with high recovery against possible impacts.
