Description of Foam Conditioners

Parts machined to size by cutting expanded polyethylene foam, EPS, ethafoam, foam, polystyrene, porexpan etc. depending on the use:

• Semi-rigid plastic foams, EPP (polypropylene trays), ETHAFOAM (*) 700, 900.
• Maximum softness plastic foams, SYNERGY(*) RCA, SYNERGY(*) 1000.
• Antistatic and conductive materials.
• Long strips that when folded form a U-shape for lateral protection of flat surfaces.

Designed to provide protection against shocks and scratches during transportation between the supplier and the assembly plant, with the possibility of ensuring their use during the entire life cycle of the component.

According to their shape we classify them as:

BENEFITS OF FOAM CONDITIONERS

Without the need for a mold, with our water jet cutting, die cutting, knife cutting or abrasive wire technologies, it is possible to produce parts that imitate polyethylene or expanded polypropylene moldings, but at a lower cost for short series.

The ease of handling and the range of possible foams allows choosing high density foams for heavy equipment.
