DESCRIPTION OF CUADROPACK, PROTECTIVE PACKAGING
Cuadropack are plots / parallelepipeds with part or all of their surface pre-cut in a grid so that they adapt to different shapes and take up minimum space. By pre-cutting the structure of the expanded polyethylene piece, it becomes softer and more adaptable to the product we want to protect.
We have three variants, all of them with the possibility of having the adhesive incorporated:
- L-shaped plug, for corner protection
- U-shaped block, for side protection
- Multi-sided block, to protect more irregular surfaces

Its adaptability makes it very versatile, consequently, it reduces the need to store different solutions since with one or two models it is possible to protect an infinite number of products.
When served with adhesive, it allows the protection to be placed in the right place, which reduces the amount of plastic to be used. Waste minimization is an environmentally friendly form of packaging design.
It is multi-impact, maintaining its properties even after several drops, which makes it ideal for demanding logistics.
PROPERTIES OF CUADROPACK, PROTECTIVE PACKAGING
Polyethylene foam is a material that, thanks to its unique cellular structure, allows its structure to yield in the right direction, also offering excellent protection as a profile/corner protector, validated by our technical department and our impact analysis laboratory. Can be supplied with permanent self-adhesive.
Manufactured in non-crosslinked expanded polyethylene from 17 kg/m3.Manufactured in white or black color.
Cuadropack technology can be used for any custom-made design without the need to invest in molds.
It is possible to manufacture them with plastic materials from organic matter or with a very high percentage of recycled material.
CUADROPACK APPLICATIONS, PROTECTIVE PACKAGING
Its use is ideal for the lamps sector, due to its great variety and often short series that do not allow customized designs.
With the same needs as lamps, it can be used for art, sculptures, ceramics, glass, crystal and spare parts.
